If you already work with an electronic calendar or spreadsheet, we offer you import functions: from iCal and Google calendars as well as a customer data import.
But switching over manually is no problem either:
KissCal’s simple operation and intelligent automatisms allow you to transfer an entire year’s worth of customers and appointments in just one day.
In KissCal, all data is transmitted in encrypted form between your browser and our servers – just like in online banking.
Your data is backed up daily in our data center and is protected from unauthorized access. Each studio has its own data area with us – separate from other studios.
You can decide for yourself who should have access and what they can and cannot do with the data. We ourselves undertake not to pass on your data for advertising purposes.
Are you worried that the tax office might take a look?
Every calendar, whether electronic or on paper, must be disclosed during an audit. So it makes no difference whether you keep the calendar in KissCal or on paper.
