Like so many others, we have guest artists in our studio from time to time, and of course we also plan the dates for them. So that there are no nasty surprises when they arrive, we coordinate the dates with each other about a week in advance. Is there enough time planned or too much? Should the customer come back for a meeting beforehand? Are the templates/photos usable?
It works like this for us: I send the artist a WhatsApp a week in advance, asking him to check his schedule to make sure everything fits. That’s it.
The artist logs in with us and sees everything he needs with one click on the appointment:
- Customer incl. contact details
- Motif, size, position
- What was discussed?
- What health issues does he need to consider (allergies, medication, diabetes, …)?
- Has the term deposit arrived yet?
- What price was agreed (fixed / on a time and material basis)?
- How much time was scheduled?
- Are there pictures and templates?
With just one or two clicks, he then transfers the templates to Procreate and can start preparing them straight away.
Tuning couldn’t be smoother. Everyone in the studio knows: All information is in one place, accessible anytime and anywhere with just a few clicks.
Yours,
