Our online booking system automatically takes into account individual working hours per artist, conventions, guest spots, vacations and private appointments and can thus offer appointment suggestions fully automatically. Of course, you can also store various branches (locations) in your kisscal customer portal, including pictures and further information about the branch. Using the location dates of each artist, kisscal automatically knows who is where and when. This means that your customers automatically receive a selection of locations and are directed to the right artists and calendars.
You can also define completely separate portals for each business area (tattoo, piercing, PMU, laser, etc.) with their own booking options, logos and colors.
Simple integration - just one link
Integrating your kisscal customer portal is very simple: just copy the link from kisscal to the clipboard and paste it wherever you want: Insta profile, website button, Google business profile etc.

In most major cities, you can now simply book all your doctor’s appointments online. And what works for doctors, if you’ll pardon the pun, also works in our industry. And practice shows it: More and more studios (tattoo & piercing) are now offering online inquiries and appointments.
Well, from you. Online booking does not replace a consultation, it complements it:
New customers usually send an inquiry or give you a call. And so they find out from you, as usual, what they need to know, who the right artist is for them and how much time they should allow. And instead of starting the appointment-finding ping-pong, you simply send them a booking link.
You would think so. After all, a computer cannot possibly replace a personal service. Nor should it. But the computer can usefully complement personal service:
Instead of having to quickly decide on an appointment on the phone between work and shopping at 17:30, for example, your customers can relax on the sofa in the evening after everything is done and look for a suitable appointment in peace. They can check their shift schedule, the children’s timetable and agree with their partner who will be taking the children and dogs during this time.
